At KH Management Ltd, we are committed to delivering housing and support services to those experiencing homelessness within our community. As a dedicated organization, our mission is to create meaningful, positive change in the lives of individuals in need. Our pricing structure reflects our focus on offering affordable and accessible housing solutions. We provide a variety of services and amenities aimed at helping individuals move toward stability and independence. Our housing options include single-room occupancy units, shared apartments, and transitional housing.
Emergency and Supported Accommodation
Our housing service provides fully furnished rooms for single individuals who are in receipt of benefits or working part-time. Each resident has their own private room—complete with a new bed, bedding, wardrobe, and bedside unit—while sharing communal spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and front and back gardens with other residents. Rent is fully covered by the local authority, so tenants do not pay rent directly. They are only responsible for a small service charge, which helps cover gas, electricity, and general maintenance costs.
Daily Food Support Program
Through partnerships with local supermarkets and food retailers—including Asda, Morrisons, Greggs, Starbucks, Lidl, Aldi, Pret, and many other local stores—we provide daily food assistance to individuals in need. Working closely with these organizations, we distribute meals and essential food items every day to both our tenants and members of the homeless community who require support

Mental Health Counseling and Support Services
Mental Health Counseling and Support Services offer a safe and compassionate environment for individuals to address their mental health concerns and receive personalized treatment and support.
